Nice app - a couple of requests

1. App seems stable but when quitting seems to always crash - since youre quitting anyway, its not a big deal, but more of a pain.
2. Dealer Puck - can you add a dealer puck, and even a Small and Big Blind puck? nice reference to know where you are.
3. Lion Full screen mode - this would be a very nice upgrade to the app
